Moisture meter manufacturer Wagner Electronics announced that Steve Raisner, an instructor for INSTALL Philadelphia, will serve as Wagner’s lead instructor in a new national training initiative.
Raisner will now be the company’s instructor at the Carpenters International Training Center in Las Vegas, as well as Wagner’s East Coast training representative. “Our goal was to train Steve to teach critical moisture topics for both wood and concrete,” said Heidi Coupland, Wagner’s marketing director.
