According to the buying group, in the digital world, helping its members means giving them professional, effective websites and access to industry leading digital marketing programs, including search engine optimization (SEO) and paid media.

Carpet One has made several enhancements to its website. The home page was redesigned to make it easier for the customer to navigate, according to the company. An Inspiration Gallery and Before-and-After Showcase have been added to help customers browse completed projects and learn about different types of flooring.
A new Room Visualizer Tool was also added that lets customers view different floors within specific rooms in a home and change other aspects of the room like wall colors to visualize their desired updates. They can choose from a photo that looks similar to their space, or upload their own photo to see how a new floor will look in their home. There is a sharing feature to give customers the ability to email or share on social channels their various flooring options.
Because they are locally owned, Carpet One members also have the ability to personalize their own local site that is still connected to all the tools and features of the national website. To help members promote their local business and drive leads, Carpet One has partnered with digital professionals to create One Stop Digital—a program that helps members manage their online presence. According to the company, included in this program is local listings management in over 100 search engines, reputation monitoring and SEO analytics.
