Carpet One Floor & Home's two-day Convention 'Engage,' provided members of the cooperative the opportunity to learn more about new programs and discover ways to improve their business.

Keynote speaker, Jeremy Gutsche, is an award-winning author and management consultant to brands, billionaires and CEO's. Gutsche’s keynote will provided members with insight into new trends and ways to innovate as trends change. 

“It is important that we provide our members with an outside perspective on business and share the knowledge we have within the cooperative,” said Eric Demaree, president of Carpet One. “Jeremy has a powerful and important message that will help our members understand how important it is to rapidly adapt to change and what they need to do to continue to grow and prosper.”

Throughout the Convention, members had the opportunity to engage and learn from staff and leadership of Carpet One and network with other members.

To keep members engaged throughout the year, Carpet One launched C1 Radio as a new way to communicate. Private podcasts with some of Carpet One Floor & Home’s management will be broadcast through an online and mobile platform that allows members to listen to news and updates on the go. 

Expanding on their digital marketing strategy, members have the opportunity to participate in three different levels of support from a basic One Stop Digital plan to One Stop Digital Plus and One Stop Digital Premium. Each plan will give members an easy and affordable digital marketing package that they can select based on their individual needs and preferences, according to the company.

The key message throughout the Convention was that when Carpet One members engage with their business and all the programs they are offered through their membership, they can increase traffic to their stores and improve their business.
