Steve Bucher, vice president of Nevada Contract Carpet (NCC), has been with NCC since 1992. He is a graduate of UNLV in Business Management. With experience in NCC’s warehouse, scheduling and sales, Steve has been in a leadership role since 2003 and was instrumental in implementing an effective technology program at the company including floorcovering accounting related software packages. During his time with NCC, sales have increased from $3 million to $20 million. Today, Steve is responsible for all NCC operations while maintaining sales to a core customer base. It is not uncommon to find Steve unloading trucks, helping out on jobsites or working directly with customers on a day-to-day basis.
The Las Vegas marketplace has been changing rapidly over the last few years. As a result, we have had to adapt our business to keep up with the current market trends.
