Artistic Tile recently announced two of its collections, Billie Ombre and Euclid by Alison Rose, are finalists in the NYCxDesign awards. The NYCxDesign Awards celebrate achievement across major areas of design—from architecture to interiors, products to accessories, craft to technology. The collections are finalists in the hard flooring (Euclid) and tile and stone wall covering (Billie Ombre) categories.

Our ode to legendary jazz musician Billie Holiday, Billie Ombre traces Holiday’s trademark melodic vocalizations along a wave of vibrant colored glass, creating an overall ombre effect. The collection comes in the original ombre in blue or grey gloss or solid extender pieces for a variety of thematic variations.

Born of a collaboration with designer Alison Rose, Euclid by Alison Rose is a strikingly modern design crafted from the finest classical marbles available. Euclid’s many parts can be assembled in an enormous variety of formats, each one utterly custom, and all clear expressions of Rose's passion for proportion, balance and scale. Euclid’s custom colorways are produced in Artistic Tile’s domestic mosaic studio, minutes from Manhattan, allowing designers to select the raw materials and directly oversee the production of their luxury tile, start to finish.

Winners will be announced at an awards event during ICFF in New York City, May 19 - 22.
