Each year, LATICRETE, a leading manufacturer of globally proven construction solutions for the building industry, hosts a North American Team Meeting (NATM) to celebrate LATICRETE employees by reflecting back on the successes of the past year and gear up for the new year ahead. In addition to the meeting, a handful of employees are recognized for their hard work and dedication. The 2019 NATM was held at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida on December 3-6. “Playing to Win” was the focus of the meeting as COO and President Ed Metcalf welcomed attendees with a message about a successful 2019, a bright outlook on 2020, and the power of exceptional dedication and teamwork.

“Each of these colleagues represents the best of LATICRETE. We are lucky to have them on our team and celebrate their success,” said Edward Metcalf, LATICRETE North America President and Chief Operating Officer.

LATICRETE honored employees Adrian Rivera and Daniel Perez, Senior Technical Services Representatives for LATICRETE, with the President’s Cup Award in recognition of their exemplary sales efforts throughout 2019. The most prestigious of the awards is the President’s Cup, which recognizes two individuals who generated the highest percentage increase in sales volume and base sales volume for 2019. In addition to the award, the winners receive an $8,000 to $10,000 cash prize.

"The LATICRETE President's Cup is our highest-level award in recognition of excellence amongst our sales team," said Edward Metcalf, LATICRETE North America President and Chief Operating Officer. "Adrian and Daniel are persistent, focused and intelligent individuals who drive our firm’s success on a daily basis. We are proud to recognize their determination and success in serving LATICRETE customers.”

LATICRETE also honored team members Adrian Rivera, Daniel Perez, Peter McKeon and Jay Owens with the Producer’s Award. This award is given out annually at the North American Team Meeting (NATM) to LATICRETE salespeople who achieve the highest dollar increase in their respective territories or regions. Each of the award winners receives an $8,000 cash prize and is recognized company-wide.

The Timothy J. Alper Award recognizes sales representatives who go above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. The award is nominated by LATICRETE regional sales managers and includes a $5,000 donation to the Kelly McKeon Scholarship Fund, designed to enable a less fortunate child to attend the Academy of Saint Joseph at no cost in Kelly’s name. This year, Distributor Sales Representative Ben Noveck was recognized for the Timothy J. Alper Award.

Named after the first and three-time winner of the President’s Cup Award for achieving top-performing sales growth, the Harry T. Swanson Award is annually presented to team members who have demonstrated extraordinary support of sales efforts. This year, Executive Assistant Sales & Marketing Rayna Lewis was honored with the award, along with a $5,000 cash bonus.
