Stauf USA Appoints Two Sales Team Members

Stauf USA, an adhesive company, announces the addition of two employees, Phil Nolan as the Canadian Sales Director and Robbie Shubert as the Technical Sales Director, to its expanding team. These seasoned professionals bring a wealth of experience and expertise, further strengthening Stauf USA's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Robbie Shubert, a seasoned professional with a 30-year career in the flooring business, brings a diverse skill set to Stauf USA. Robbie's journey began in his family's retail stores and evolved as a floor distributor, natural stone importer, countertop fabrication sales, commercial flooring sales, and specialization in substrate technology, focusing on self-leveling and moisture mitigation. Robbie has successfully helmed his epoxy coating business for the past four years, showcasing entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry knowledge.

With eight years of experience in the flooring industry, Phil Nolan joins Stauf USA with a rich background in engaging with diverse audiences. His previous roles involved engaging architects, interior designers, commercial contractors, retailers, and end users. Phil's direct experience selling various flooring finishes and indirect exposure to a broad spectrum of finishes within the industry make him a well-rounded professional.
