One Source Commercial Flooring, based in Plano, Texas, hosted a Powerbond hybrid carpet certification class taught by Tarkett Contract to train approximately 60 crew members, reports Fuse Commercial Flooring Alliance. One Source is a member of Fuse.
Brian Barrett, Tarkett's field services technical representative, led the training and testing, receiving high praise for his dedication and expertise. He went above and beyond to ensure all classes were set up and ran smoothly each day. Christie Hood, Tarkett Contract's account executive, played a crucial role in initiating this collaboration and coordinating the logistics. She also provided daily lunches for the trainees, demonstrating her commitment to their success. Ricky Lozano, Installation manager at One Source, provided assisted Barrett with the training and ensuring the crew fully understood the material.
The feedback from both One Source and the crew personnel has been overwhelmingly positive. The success of this collaboration paves the way for future training sessions, further strengthening the relationship between One Source and Tarkett Contract, the companies said.
