Karastan, a luxury flooring brand, is expanding its product offerings in 2024 to cater to the emerging generation of shoppers who prioritize beautiful living spaces. The company’s expansion will focus on its hard and soft surface product lines, with a particular emphasis on whole-house coordination and enhanced margins for retailers.

In the hard surface category, Karastan will significantly expand its BelleLuxe Waterproof line, which was first introduced in 2023. The expansion will include 31 new products featuring high-end wood species like hickory, walnut, and oak. The company will also introduce its new LuxeCraft line, which will include 15 products across multiple collections.

To complement its hard surface products, Karastan will also be releasing 12 new soft surface products. This will include new offerings in the company’s wool, SmartStrand, and XTRA collections.

Karastan’s wool offerings revitalize timeless styles with soft and modern multicolors and a mix of classic and bold patterns. SmartStrand introductions feature color refreshments for timeless styling that redefines the multicolor aesthetic.

“Launched in 2023, XTRA collection allows us to offer something completely exclusive to retailers,” said Jamie Welborn, senior vice president of product management, soft surface. “For example, this year’s Methodology strategically uses bright colors in a subtle, modern take by putting the accent color in the background. It allows consumers to be bold with color in their carpets while seamlessly blending the carpet style with their preferred decor.”  

Throughout the year, Karastan plans to support its product launches with a variety of marketing initiatives, including advertising, national promotional events, and the release of its fourth edition lookbook.
