AUSTIN, Texas -- Pervasive Software Inc. has revealed initial results of a joint marketing campaign targeted at the customer base of Resource & Financial Management Systems Inc. (RFMS).

The goal of the "Upgrade-in-a-Box" campaign was to convince RFMS customers running older versions of the Pervasive database to transition to a new version designed to enhance the performance of their RFMS application. Forty percent of RFMS customers who were using older versions of the database adopted the latest version during the campaign.

By upgrading to Pervasive.SQL 2000i, RFMS customers receive new features, including more targeted search capabilities, faster module loading and accelerated filter processing.
