Beaulieu Residential President Ralph Boe announced a implementation of a new integrated approach to the marketplace.

Dalton, GA-- Beaulieu Residential President Ralph Boe recently announced the implementation of a new integrated approach to the marketplace that will take effect immediately.

According to Boe, Beaulieu will begin an integration process that will combine Beaulieu Residential and LD Brinkman into a single operating unit. The integration includes Beaulieu Soft Surface and Beaulieu Hard Surface. The company will also manage sales, marketing and distribution functions as a single business.

Sales for both divisions will be directed by Bill Waters, executive vice president of direct sales; Mike DeGrace, vice president of sales; and the divisional vice presidents. The current regional sales structure will remain in place to maintain the expertise of the respective sales groups while leveraging on a common approach to customers to develop both hard and soft business.

Jeff Sills, executive vice president of Beaulieu Hard Surfaces, will continue to direct the Beaulieu Hard Surface business as well as Product Management, Purchasing, and the Dallas Administrative functions.

Lawrence Cole, senior vice president of distribution and trucking will direct all distribution and transportation. Cole and his team will be responsible for all warehouse locations in the combined system and transportation.
