Michael McConvery has resigned as CFO of the company to pursue other interests. McConvery also resigned from the company's board of directors.

Floor Decor has retained Banyan Capital Markets LLC and its affiliate, Banyan Capital Partners Inc., to provide the company with investment banking and various strategic financial advisory services.

Floor Decor hired Banyan to accelerate the growth of its carpet and flooring superstore concept.
