Roppe said it has entered into an exclusive sales, marketing and distribution agreement with Tuflex, a commercial rubber flooring manufacturer based in Tampa, Fla. Beginning Nov. 6, Tuflex will offer its recycled rubber flooring tiles for the sports and commercial segments through Roppe’s and Flexco’s distribution networks.

“Tuflex brings the opportunity to provide another quality rubber flooring product to the flooring community through our quality distribution networks,” said Bart Rogers, vp sales and marketing for Roppe and Flexco. “Tuflex products are the best in the industry and will bolster our current portfolio of rubber and vinyl products.”

Fred Frankland, president of Tuflex, noted that the companies are a good match. “Roppe and Flexco share the same values that I have operated this company by for the last 25 years,” he said. “They value integrity, hard work, loyalty, community and family; the same as I do.”

Tuflex tiles are manufactured using recycled rubber in a patented vulcanization process. The company was founded in 1957.
