Following their inaugural issue last year, the World Floor Covering Association and publishing partner Meredith Corp. have announced the second issue of the consumer flooring magazineBetter Homes & Gardens Beautiful Flooring.

“Our goal with the magazine has been and is to educate the consumer and help facilitate the process of buying floors,” said D. Christopher Davis, president and CEO of the WFCA. “Accordingly we have received very positive feedback from professionals in our industry and from consumers that the magazine is working."

Beautiful Flooringserves as an extended buyer’s guide to the association’s consumer website atwww.wfca.org. The magazine is designed to help readers understand flooring options and how to make the best selections for their home. It also contains information on 2009 floor trends and new products as well as in depth information on each category of flooring.

The spring issue of the magazine will share the same distribution as the other Meredith books includingRenovation Style, Kitchen & Bath IdeasandBeautiful Homes.It will be sold in thousands of retail outlets across the country, including newsstands, grocery, drug and home improvement stores.
