Waldrep brings 15 years’ experience in marketing and advertising, including nearly a decade in hard surface product and brand management.



Crossville, Inc. has named Lindsey Ann Waldrep to the position of Vice President, Marketing. “We couldn’t be more pleased that Lindsey will be leading Crossville’s marketing effort,” says John E. Smith, Crossville’s president. “In her new role, Waldrep will work with Crossville’s marketing team to develop strategic, multi-faceted marketing campaigns with a strong focus on branding, advertising and point-of-purchase material development. She will also work closely with the Executive Vice President of Sales to ensure that the marketing team’s initiatives help to generate revenue.”

Waldrep has 15 years’ experience in marketing and advertising, which includes almost a decade in hard surface product and brand management. Most recently, she was Senior Director, Creative Marketing at Mohawk Industries, where she managed an internal creative group and three external agencies. Earlier in her career, she served as National Account Product Manager and then Creative Manager for Tarkett Wood, Inc.

Growing up, Waldrep says she was influenced by her father and family members who worked in North Carolina’s then vibrant American textile industry. Today she is “very proud to be working for Crossville, an American tile manufacturer that is a vital regional and national employer whose products are respected around the globe.”
