Del Land, CFO of Beaulieu America, announced the elevation of Lynn Chambers to Lynn ChambersVice President of Employee Development for the third-largest carpet maker.
Chambers joined Beaulieu America in December 2005 as the Employee Development Manager. Her focus over the first year was on building a successful corporate training initiative. Since then, she has played an instrumental role in corporate training initiatives for the company. Her background includes federal grant writing and implementation of Department of Education and Department of Labor workforce initiatives and online instructor for the James Madison University Workforce Development campus.
