University of Innovative Distribution Hosts Sales Training Workshop
Chicago, Ill. -- According to data by the University of Innovative Distribution (UID), 56% of salespeople say they are not being coached the right way, and 57% of salespeople want more coaching from their managers. In response, UID is offering a new one-day workshop, UID In-A-Day, on November 6, in conjunction with the 2018 NAFCD Annual Convention in Dallas, Texas.
The workshop will be dedicated to teaching sales leaders how to create a value-added sales culture and enhance their coaching abilities. Topics covered will include: how to build and sustain the value-added movement; recruiting and selection; setting sales objectives; training and development; compensation and motivation; and coaching your sales team.
Separate registration is required to attend UID In-A-Day, and attendees can save up to $200 if they register for UID In-A-Day and the 2018 NAFCD Annual Convention prior to September 14.
