This fall, NAFCD and NBMDA will bring together the leaders of the flooring and interior building material distribution community for the 2023 NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention. The Annual Convention will feature a one-day workshop titled University of Innovative Distribution (UID) In-a-Day on November 14 that will provide tailored education to those in management positions within wholesale distribution firms as well as their partner suppliers.

This workshop is designed for any manager working for a distributor or supplier who is interested in their individual growth as well as the contribution to their employer’s growth. The target audience includes operations, general, branch and sale managers along with anyone else within the company looking for continuing education and ideas to stimulate their personal growth.
