Mohawk Launches Pergo Extreme "Go Life" Campaign

Calhoun, Ga. -- As Mohawk’s Pergo Extreme Rigid LVT launches across the country this spring exclusively at Edge retailers, the coordinating “Go Life” campaign will share the immense brand awareness that Pergo holds with consumers as the number one brand in the rapidly expanding resilient flooring category. The consumer campaign promoting action and extreme durability will reinforce the four-collection launch of Pergo Extreme, which features 60 higher-end wood and stone visuals, and will build off the success that the brand has long experienced.

“Not only is the word ‘Go’ actually in the Pergo brand name, but the idea of ‘Go’ and taking action is in our DNA as people,” said Seth Arnold, vice president of residential marketing. “Pergo Extreme is built for active families and active homes, and our tagline ‘Life Goes On It’ communicates that we stand behind the durability of this product. When we say ‘Go Tough’ or ‘Go Hard’ as a part of the Go Life campaign, we mean it. Pergo Extreme can handle it.”

National advertising and merchandising displays will include additional Go Life slogans such as “Go Big” and “Go Rough” to resonate with owners of active homes. All Pergo Extreme collections are 100% kid-proof, 100% pet-proof and 100% waterproof, and they come with a “Worry-Free for Life” No-Dent Warranty that applies to a Lifetime Residential Warranty and a 10-Year Medium Commercial Warranty.

The “Go Extreme” slogan also distinctly applies to the bold, higher-end wood and stone visuals that include some of the wildest looks ever offered in rigid vinyl, which is the fastest growing segment within the fastest growing flooring category. The wide-ranging Pergo Extreme product launch is comprised of the Wood Originals, Wood Enhanced, Wood Wider Longer and Tile Options Collections. They each feature advanced engineering, authentic textures and details and multiple length-width offerings as well as dramatic patterns for crafting unforgettable rooms.

Designed to connect with consumers shopping for the look, protection and guarantee expected from a high-performance floor, Pergo Go Life visual components illustrate both extraordinary images including wildlife interacting with product as well as real-life representations of a chaotic household that are protected by Pergo Extreme’s protective and dent-free technology that resists scratches, stains, scuffs and dents.
